PROCUREMENT

  • Establish procurement timeline for efficient acquisition
  • Develop procurement strategy, Integrating value engineering and prequalification.
  • Execute trending process, conduct technical and financial analysis, negotiate, and make recommendations for selection.

DESIGN COORDINATION

  • Review GFC and Shop drawings for site workability contract comliance
  • Obtain consultant approval for shop drawings
  • Document all meeting minutes,decisions,instructions,transmittals,
    observations, and queries for comprehensive project record-keeping.

CONSTRUCTION MONITORING

  • Coordination across disciplines for seamless integration.
  • Rigorous review of works based on drawing, contracts, and specifications.
  • Material testing, method adherence, time monitoring, and progress reporting for efficient project management.

COST CONTROL

  • Develop project budget and cash flow.
  • Monitor costs by work progress.
  • Review and validate claims, conduct change order reviews, implement value engineering,and update cash flow accordingly.

QUALITY CONTROL

  • Implement quality control with periodic review at all stages following TQM principles.
  • Report non-compliance through observation reports and NCR.
  • Mandate closure of observations and NCR for effective quality management.
