The Demac team embraced the challenge of bringing to life an ambitious architectural vision: three sweeping sloping roofs crowned with lush landscapes, including cantilevered sections. Notably, a 24-meter steel truss seamlessly joined two of these roofs, defying conventional mid-support.

Precision was paramount, demanding correct angles for the sloping roofs during concrete casting. Maintaining the right slump was critical to prevent any sliding, particularly in the cantilevered portions. A second challenge involved ensuring water tightness to support live plantations atop these slopes.

This project, a testament to Demac's technical acumen and diligence, showcases their ability to navigate complexities and turn architectural dreams into reality. It stands as an inspiring example of their expertise in managing intricate details, delivering innovative designs, and solidifying their reputation in the field.
