Rigorous review of works based on drawing, contracts, and specifications.
Material testing, method adherence, time monitoring, and progress reporting for efficient project management.
COST CONTROL
Develop project budget and cash flow.
Monitor costs by work progress.
Review and validate claims, conduct change order reviews, implement value engineering,and update cash flow accordingly.
QUALITY CONTROL
Implement quality control with periodic review at all stages following TQM principles.
Report non-compliance through observation reports and NCR.
Mandate closure of observations and NCR for effective quality management.
